Mitch is a certified & trained breathwork practitioner who will guide you through different exercises for the mind & body – so you can focus, gain energy, release stored tension, emotion, and the stagnant energy that can often keep us feeling tired, fatigued, stiff, anxious, and feeling a little dull.
Join us on a 3.5 hour experience of breathing, moving, learning, connecting, laughing, and likely releasing some much needed tears, so you can feel more alive, connected, present, and inspired by your life.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
As this will be an event that involves connected breathing, it’s important that you inform me and get medical approval prior to participating if you are currently experiencing:
Epilepsy & frequent seizures.
Bipolar disorder.
Schizophrenia.
Cardiovascular disease.
High blood pressure (hypertension above 140 systolic).
Severe asthma or C.O.P.D.
Recent occurrence of pneumonia.
Previous lung transplant, collapsed lung, or partially removed lung.
Glaucoma and/or detached retina.
Organ failure.
Pregnancy.
Recovery from surgery under general anaesthetic.
Severe PTSD that would inhibit participation.
