2.1. The Competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

3. Entry Requirements
3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must: – Follow Scarborough Live on Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok. or Sign up to the Scarborough Live database at https://scarboroughlive.com.au/keys. – Tag friends on Scarborough Live’s social media posts for additional entries.

4. Competition Period
4.1. The Competition starts on the 1st of June and ends on the 1st of July at 11:59 PM AWST.
4.2. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. Prize
5.1. The prize is a week-long experience in Scarborough, including: – Accommodation vouchers for luxury stays. – Dining vouchers for top-rated restaurants. – Entertainment vouchers for exclusive events.
5.2. Vouchers are for a set amount and will be detailed upon awarding the prize.

6. Voucher Terms and Conditions
6.1. Vouchers are valid for use only at participating businesses.
6.2. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.3. Vouchers must be used by the expiration date indicated on them.
6.4. Any unused value remaining on the voucher after the expiration date will be forfeited.
6.5. Vouchers may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified by the participating businesses.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
7.2. The winner will be announced in July 2024 via Scarborough Live’s social media channels and notified by email.
7.3. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
