Whether you are in our Sober Stint community, Dry this July OR just want to try something new… Join us for ‘Sungroovers 2.0’ and indulge in an evening of FUN. Prepare to meet a heap of like-minded individuals, engage in some genuine conversations, play some games and warm up on the dance floor while DJ Shiggins spins the decks!!

Sponsored by the amazing humans at FREE SPIRT DRINK CO, we will have a full range of non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase on the night. From 0% seltzers, beers, mixers and a mock-tail list, full flavour and NO hangover, keeping you hydrated and feelin’ fresh!

We know for a lot of people Partying Sober may seem confronting at first. Sungroovers is a safe space, where all people can come and simply just be themselves! We ask you to come with an open mind and willingness to do something new!

Why the Event is Important

Our mission at Sungroovers is to empower individuals to take a break from the booze to improve their mental well-being.

This mission is so important due to the rising Statistics surrounding alcohol, substance abuse and mental health related issues. We feel it’s critical for people to see and understand that there is a wealth of support available and there are alternative options to having a good time – hangover excluded!

Our generation is craving connection, community and fun. Unfortunately, due to lack of other option, so many people believe they must drink to fill these needs. Leaving them drained and unsatisfied, impacting negatively there over all mental health and wellbeing.

We know there is a way that we can satisfy these basic human needs in a healthy way and we intend to go one step further and empower and uplift the community through our incredible 100% sober events.
