This Remembrance Day, Trek4Vets will be facilitating CHAD 1000X across the Nation through it’s Affiliates, with Perth being no exception, we’re going to be hosting a Super Site down at the Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre.
Chad 1000X is an opportunity to recognise those who are suffering mental and physical injuries from their service within the military at home in Australia or within theatres of war around the globe.
How It Works:
1000X Step Ups completed as a team, partner, or individual for time which can be scaled based on your fitness level.
3 OPTIONS:
1) Slick: No weight. You pick the height of the step-ups.
2) Standard: 15Kg/10Kg weight. You pick the height of the step-ups.
3) Expert: 20Kg/15kg weight. Use 20″ box for step-ups.
Chad 1000x is going to be challenging, but it’s NOT a race. The aim isn’t to finish first or to use the most weight, it’s about finishing together as an individual, a partnership, or a team, which we highly encourage.
Whilst you can choose to donate, this is a FREE event and is a chance to step up for those who’ve stepped up for you.
We will meet at Scarborough Amphitheatre at 7am Saturday morning on the 11th of November.
After a short speech by Andrew Pap and one minute silence, we’ll all begin CHAD 1000X together.
If you can’t make the Scarborough Beach event but would like to take part, Gyms owners, you can also sign up as an affiliate and run CHAD 1000X from your gym.
Step up for those who’ve stepped up for you.
