Event Details:
In this special event, you will be led through an intuitive yoga practice, connecting movement with breath to ground you in your physical body. We’ll cultivate awareness of where emotions and memories are stored in the body, and release tension and resistance, to make space for abundance and joy.
Transitioning into transformative 9D breathwork, you will be guided through “Letting Go” a powerful breathwork session, using the Power of Breath to unlock stored emotions and thoughts, allowing you to release what no longer serves you.
To process and fully integrate your experience, you will be led through a reflective journalling exercise. This journalling practice allows you to acknowledge and further release any emotions that arose during this journey.
Lastly, as a beautiful culmination of our journey into self, we’ll take a dip in the ocean, allowing the water to wash away anything that no longer serves you, furthering the release and renewal, completely letting go.
This afternoon will leave you feeling cleansed, renewed and more connected to your Self. Together, we’ll create a sacred space for you to explore the vast expanse of your mind, body, and spirit through yoga and breath.
