2 hours of relaxation and meditation all infused with the amazing power and healing energy of Reiki 🙌

You will be guided in meditation where we will work up through the 7 Charkas and I will guide you through your own self healing. During this I will be channelling some distance Reiki to the group as a whole and offering some hands on energy work at different points ✨️🌻

If you are unsure please know I’m here to answer any questions and I’ll be there to guide and support you throughout the healing session ✨️🌻
