This half day urban retreat immersion has been carefully crafted to create a safe container for the exploration of self at the deepest spiritual levels, through the participation of sacred plant medicine and deep transformative shamanic breathwork.

We will make the heros journey through the three worlds transmuting darkness into light. Shedding what no longer serves our sacred journey and calling in the highest guidance and wisdom of our ancestors.

We begin with cleanising. Our chosen plant allies for this journey begins with Harpé a sacred tobbacco snuff that will help us to ground, cleanse and clear any dense and sticky energies from our physical and energetic systems as we begin to explore the lower three centers to let go of that which does not serve us and emerge a new, in a deep spiritual metamorphosis of the soul. Mapacho (Amazonian tobacco) will be blown over the body to cleanse and purify the energetic systems.

A continue with a shamanic dose of ceremonial Cacao, activating our heart center, drawing both the masculine and feminine into union and opening the portal of unconditioned love and healing.

Once we have attuned to our plant guides, we will dive into a potent shamanic breathwork ceremony, proceeding on our journey from the Root to the Crown, with hands on energy and body work to help shift and move the energy around the body to be released.

This is a shamanic journey working with our ancestor spirits and guides aiding us in the release of accumilated energy that is no longer ours to hold, guiding us into the light of creation, emerging as luminous beings ready to co create and embody our truest nature here on Earth.

I will be working on each participant individually for energetic clearing work.

Integration plays a crucial role to finish such deep and profound healing. There is an opportunity to journal, share and connect with the group followed by a well deserved nutricious plant-based light meal which will close out our precious time together in ceremony.
