Guided Meditation Wednesday

Show yourself some love on a Wednesday evening, and join us for guided meditation, breath and sound session to relax and unwind after a busy day.
Take some time for yourself and enjoy creating some calm space in your day to relax and breathe with mindfulness based, guided meditation session.

This session will be accessible to everyone, whether you are new to meditation and it’s your first time, or you wish to deepen your practice.

Our guided meditation sessions are welcoming, relaxed and non-judgemental. You will experience calm relaxation, reduce your cortisol levels, balance your nervous system, and get yourself ready to sleep.

Doors open at 5:45 PM to allow you to relax and settle.

Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and cushions are provided.

You are welcome to stay for a chat after practice; organic herbal tea and filtered water will be offered.

Limited capacity: maximum 8 people so please register.
