After a massive sold out arena tour across Australia with Matchbox Twenty & Goo Goo Dolls, Siobhan Cotchin is back in WA for a string of shows celebrating her new single ‘Too Good To Be True’.
At just 23, Siobhan Cotchin’s accolades and powerful musical compendium are reminiscent of a singer-songwriter way beyond her years. Influenced by luminaries such as Lucinda Williams and inspired by the essence of Lucy Dacus, Siobhan’s jangly melodies intertwine with storytelling lyrics, transporting her audience to a time and place that is both enchantingly familiar and unambiguously nouveau.
In 2023, Siobhan released her sophomore EP ‘Miss Reckless’, a body of work that is as exploratory as it is cohesive. Featuring acclaimed singles ‘When The Curtains Close’ and ‘If God Is A Man’, the EP combines powerful lyrical symbolism with vulnerable & compelling tales of loss, anger, heartbreak & betrayal. Furthermore, Siobhan’s notable presence at 2023’s BIGSOUND, Laneway Festival, and SXSW Sydney, alongside her debut headline tour across Western Australia and the East Coast, further showcased Siobhan’s burgeoning appeal and growing fanbase.
In her short career, Siobhan has shared the stage with a multitude of local and international music greats, including Leon Bridges, The Whitlams, Boy & Bear, Thelma Plum, Spacey Jane, and Kasey Chamber, Teskey Brothers and many more!
